Our Philosophy
For a long time people were trained to live “half lives.” Be our "work selves" and our "home selves.” But this idea of compartmentalizing our personalities into their "rightful place” is no longer relevant. Our passions aren't relegated to "off hours.” Research can now prove that following our passions outside of work, makes us better professionally - and could be the one thing that creates the most innovative, successful, and loyal employees. When people feel like they can bring their "whole selves" to work, in an authentic way, their levels of engagement, fulfillment, and productivity skyrocket. Now let's be clear - it’s our job to take ownership in knowing what inspires us, what our strengths are, what lights us up; because keeping a pulse on the intrinsic motivators of every individual employee is a nearly impossible expectation. But it IS the company’s job to create the time, opportunity, and space for that exploration and clarity. Without that piece, it’s unrealistic to expect people to be inspired, motivated, and truly fulfilled with their work. So let’s take care of that, shall we?
